Strong as a Knox


Strength-based training using a wide variety of equipment and exercises within carefully structured formats to get the most out of each session.

Each day - Monday/Wednesday/Friday - has its own unique format to keep sessions fresh, while allowing you to set and achieve goals within them.



Cardio-based training using your body and our cardio equipment to get your heart-rate up and your lungs burning. We use a wide variety of formats including (but not limited to) circuit training. We make sure you're not going around the same circle day in, day out.

Wāhine Toa


Following the same format as the Strong as a Knox and KnoxFit classes - Wahine Toa is a class for all Wahine (including Mums and their under-5's) to enjoy an encouraging, friendly environment with a space for the kids to play while Mama works out.




Skills-and-drills-based training primarily using pad-work to improve your ability to throw and avoid a punch. We'll work on basic fundamentals along with punch-combinations, and more, to keep your body ad mind working hard.



Cardio-based training primarily using bag-work and body weights exercises to help get your heart-rate up and lungs burning while smashing some sh*t!



Specifically designed for bodies that need the release of proper stretching to aid in recovery, avoid injury, and maximise performance when training.
